Learn more about this opportunity to bring recognition to your school by attending a special session (flyer) on Thursday afternoon at this year’s FAMEs conference with a team from your school. Come with an administrator and a couple of your collaborative colleagues (perhaps a technology coordinator, reading coach, or classroom teacher) to learn all you need to know to successfully apply for this important state-wide program.

A school grade of C or better is a prerequisite for this award

VIDEO SUBMITTAL PROCESS

Please submit your DVD to Dr. Mel Pace, Director of Media and Instructional Technology, 817 Bill Beck Boulevard, Kissimmee, FL 34744. DVD should be received no later than May 15, 2010.
The objective of the DVD is to showcase your library media program illustrating the six 21st century library media components. The video should be no more than five minutes in length. You can earn up to 25 points for this component.
Element 7 - Videorecording - 25 points
DVD (-R format) illustrating the following six 21st century library media program components:

* Instruction
* Curriculum/Assessment Support
* Resource Management
* Program Administration
* Environment
* Advocacy
